Welcome To Devon''s Rural Paradise Retreat. The holiday accomodation is in a self contained wing of Upcott Squire House, a 1880''s farmhouse situated in the very heart of the rural North Devon countryside. Upcott Squire House and annex is set in 24 acres of lawns, farmlaands, woods and wildlife ponds where guests are free to roam at will. The guest accomodation sleeps 2/4 people. The annex has been newly refurbished in keeping with the traditional farmhouse style. The aannex has a doble bedroom with en suite shower room and tiolet. There is a very comfortaable fully glazed living room with Sky TV, DVD player, CD stereo and a double bed settee. The open plan kitchen/ diner has an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This is the ideal holiday for those wishing to get away from it all. An excellent base to explore Exmoor and the North Devon Beaches. One small, well behaved dog is welcome. Prices per week vary according to the season, ranging from £215-£420 per week. Long weekend breaks are also available.
