I`m fully ITEC trained and qualified in Holistic/ Sports Massage and Hot Stones and have been practicing now for just over four and a half years now The type of massage I specialize in, Holistic and Deep Tissue, can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism, and so help to prevent unnecessary strains and injuries that might otherwise occur due to excess tension and any resulting weaknesses. Holistic massage can help: -Deep relaxation -Relieve Stress and Muscular Tension -Improve Circulation -Eliminate Fat -Promote Healthy Skin -Aid Metabolism and Digestion -Relieve Mental Exhaustion and Increases Vitality -Assist the lymphatic system, improving the elimination of waste throughout the body This is a FULL BODY massage using a range of techniques, tailored to your specific needs, including: -EFFLEURAGE -KNEADING -HACKING -DRAINING -CUPPING The intensity of the massage is also vital, and is something that I pay close attention to, in order for you to maximize your experience, and leave you feeling uplifted and replenished with energy, restoring you physically, mentally and spiritually. Sports massage is specific to either injury and or specific muscle tension which is not as easily treated by a ''Fluffy massage'' and can be incorporated into any treatment where necessary and as requested by the client. Please ask for more details. Hot stones can also be used to rid the body of tension as the heat penetrates the muscle up to 4cm deep...one Effleurage with a stone is worth 4 to 5 ordinary Effleurages and again can be incorporated into your treatment at no extra cost to prices below. Perfect for the cold winter months!!!!! For those of you who are new or nervous about massage, I am an extremely approachable person, and will do my utmost to make you feel comfortable and reassured at all times. So feel free to contact me with any questions or queries you might have. My working hours are: - 10am - 12 midnight (although other times can be arranged). Please note that if I do travel to your address (zone 3 max) then you should have enough room for my table and for me to move about, and there is a 10 pound charge added to the rates below.
