Having lived in the Teesside area all my life I am very passionate about the area and the service which I provide. I have worked in the lettings/tenancy management field for 30yrs, studied Housing Law at Northumbria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. I have worked for several Housing Companies throughout the north east since 1986 and therefore fully familiar with the practical ways of letting & managing tenancies whilst having the legal knowledge to ensure that every tenancy is legally compliant. Having researched many local lettings agents I am confident that I can deliver a much more intensive management service to Landlords & Tenants with the added benefits that other agents do not provide.

I ensure that Landlords dwellings are let quickly and are well looked after by the carefully selected tenants that I provide tenancies to.

I don’t employ staff to stand in shop doorways, instead I provide personal, intensive management out & about visiting the properties that my landlords expect me to manage. I guarantee at least one monthly property visit to check that the property is being well maintained and tenancy compliant and deal with any issues that both Landlord & Tenant may need resolving quickly and efficiently.
