Phoenix Au-Pair Agency is dedicated to provide both families and au-pairs a tailored service to meet their needs and is passionate about offering a truly caring and supportive service. Owned and run by a qualified child care professional but more importantly a mum who has used au pairs over the past 16 years. Phoenix aim to be on hand seven days a week and can be contacted personally in case of an emergency, each family and au pair have their personal mobile number providing emergency support to families and au-pairs throughout the placement. Police, Medical checks and references are verified to ensure that the au-pair has the relevant experience and skills required by the family. Phoenix guides both parties through the process of the au pair relationship and many families forge close links with their au pairs and even the agency itself.
