Natural & Nourishing is a small company which started out as Ruth’s hobby. She started making creams and bath products for fun in her kitchen after attending a Natural and Organic Skincare course, and then realised just how many dodgy chemicals (some of which couldn’t be pronounced!) were in most commercial products on the market. Ruth bought several natural beauty books and sourced her organic ingredients and set off with great enthusiasm! After several disasters and lots of ‘starting from scratch’ the product range started to take shape. Her background is in Holistic Massage (ITEC qualified in Anatomy & Physiology) as well as Beauty Training (House of Silhouette). Ruth had an amazingly successful Christmas Market in 2009 at the Electric Palace in Bridport which was her first experience of selling her complete range of products. Progress is being made in the way of sourcing new organic ingredients to include in our products.
