We are a new company offering an excellent service by a fully qualified therapist, in the comfort of your own home. At present, we are operating in the Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taff areas. We also offer a very competitive price range. The treatments provided by your therapist are personally designed for you and are aimed at getting the WHOLE of your body, and mind back in sync, and as we all know, when you feel better and more relaxed you are able to present a truer image of yourself to the world and face life’s traumas head on. After an initial consultation about your lifestyle and any illnesses you may have or have had, your therapist will design a treatment regime with you in mind. All massage oils are made up on a personal basis, on the day of your treatment and are made specific to your health needs at that time. Our business is aimed at the private person and the busy individual who either doesn’t like going for a massage in too public a place, or just doesn’t have the time to travel to these places. In view of this, our treatments are carried out in the privacy of your own home. Thus there is no rushing to dress and go home after the relaxing treatment, and as a result, you get the full benefit and relax to the maximum. As some people don’t like being undressed when other persons are present then some of the treatments are designed specifically to be carried out with the recipient fully clothed.

Based in the Swedish tradition, but more flexible and creative, Holistic massage is an oil-based massage which combines tried and tested techniques with the use of sensitivity and intuition, incorporating elements of other healing traditions where appropriate. This makes for treatments which are very flexible and individually tailored. Deep Tissue or Deep remedial Massage is also based on Holistic Massage, but works in detail on specific areas, using specific techniques to access deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. with the aim of correcting deep-seated tensions accumulated through poor postural and emotional habits. Indian Head Massage has its origins in ancient Ayurvedic healing methods. It works on the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, head and face to release accumulated tension. It is known to be beneficial for a range of conditions, including headache/migraine, insomnia, stiffness, fatigue, anxiety and insomnia to name but a few. Treatments are usually carried out with clients sitting on a chair and fully clothed, so IHM is ideal as a lunchtime pick-me-up or after-work wind-down.
