Alan Gordon health & Wellbeing
Broadway, Worcestershire
Alan Gordon MSc. BSc.(Hons 1st) is a Biomechanist, one of only 18 in the entire UK, and the only one in SE England, the Cotswolds and the Midlands.

Biomechanists provide personal training as one of their services, but at a much higher professional level of safety, qualifications, knowledge and expertise which is dramatically beyond the capabilities of actual personal trainers. In one of his non personal training roles, to date since March 2002, Alan has been retained to privately assess 2,648 personal trainers.

Biomechanists are advanced experts in Exercise/Fitness and Injury, with Alan being the only Biomechanist anywhere, who also has a double first degree in Nutrition amongst his qualifications; all of which took 11 years to achieve. This is one of the reasons, why amongst his everyday clients he also has GPs, Physios, Osteopaths,Pilates teachers, Yoga teachers and personal trainers.

He has over 40 years experience and his specialist fields are the Over 45s and Women's Exercise, Injury and Nutrition. His clients range from a 15 year old to an 86 year old, so totally regardless of your present physical condition or past exercise/medical history, Alan is able to make positive improvements for you. He is even personally recommended by Professor Sallie Lamb, Oxford University's Kadoorie Professor of Trauma Rehabilitation, but whatever your goals at whatever age ... Alan can help you.
