• Weekday & Weekend Hire:- Delivery approx. between 8am & 10am, collection times between 6pm & 10pm
• Weekday Afterschool Hire:- Delivery approx. 2pm, collection times between 6pm & 8pm (term time only)

Payment & Refund Policy We take either paypal, Google Checkout or Cash on the day. A full refund or alternative date will be given if booking has to be cancelled due to bad weather.
Information Please contact us before placing an order with your chosen hire date. Your chosen date will only be secured when spoke to us directly and is secured with a small deposit.
• We are located in Grays, Essex and hire to Grays and local surrounding areas; approximately 15 mile radius from Grays, Essex (add £6 toll for hire in Kent)
• You must have suitable flat lawn or smooth concrete / tarmac surface. Our castle can be used in halls for indoor hire (subject to ceiling height)
• Minimum garden size (with no obstacles) should be 15ft wide and 25ft long. Easy access to the garden and nearby 240v socket also is a must.
• Our hire charge is based on the distance we travel, hence the zone prices. If you are not sure how far you live from us and how much your hire charge would be, please contact us with your full postcode.
• We supply crash mats around the entrance of the castle.
• Maximum age of children on castle is 14
• We have the right to refuse hire if the following conditions above are not met or the ground is not suitable for the castle
