Circle of Support offers professional counselling and therapy services in Sussex by fully qualified therapists. At Circle of Support we provide a safe, accepting and confidential environment where you will have time and space to express and explore anything you wish to address that may be troubling you. Although it is not always easy to ask for help, seeking counselling or therapy can be a very positive step towards finding new and different ways of living and being. We can’t always choose what happens to us or how other people behave towards us, but with counselling support we can become aware of our own patterns, gain new perspectives and be in control of our own choices for change. At Circle of Support we offer a variety of services to help and support children, young people and adults with a variety of different issues. As well as counselling and creative therapies, we also offer mindfulness and stress management workshops and courses. Our therapists are fully qualified and trained to a high standard and are committed to providing a quality and ethical service. We will help and support you in exploring what is the right way forward for you. We have comfortable and relaxed therapy rooms based in the Mid-Sussex and Worthing areas.
