We have a one-off labour charge which covers as long as it takes and any repeat visits, and then you just pay for any required parts on top. No silly hourly charges or per visit charges. Simple. All our repairs also come with our standard 6 months guarantee for your peace of mind. Our close relationship with manufacturers means our engineers are brand-specific trained and receive regular training updates to ensure our knowledge is second-to-none. Our relationships with manufacturers also allows us to cut out middle-men and obtain parts at the best possible prices which is great as it means we can pass on the savings to you, our customer. All our engineers vans and warehouses are fully stocked with common and genuine parts so that we can maximise every opportunity to complete your repair on the first visit. In fact, we meet 99% of our same/next day appointments and have a very high first time fix rate!
