Paws at Homes is a local, friendly pet service, for Darlington and Bishop Auckland areas. We are dedicated to offering the best possible care for your pets when you can''t be there. From walking your dog, visiting your cats/small pets to doggie daycare and holiday boarding. Paws at Homes is a small family run business with 32 years of experience with pets, currently studying veterinary nursing and Grooming. We are based in Darlington and surrounding areas. We are members of NARPSUK and have a CRB police check as we feel it is important that every customer can feel safe in who is handling their pets. We are also fully licensed and insured. We are highly experienced, passionate animal lovers and pet owners. We understand the importance of knowing your pet will be safe and well cared for in your absence. Our success is our trustworthiness with positive feedback, repeat business and referrals. We are committed to delivering the best possible care for you pet for when you are on holiday, at work, hospital etc. We offer dog walking, doggie daycare and boarding, cat visits, puppy visits, small animal visits/boarding and pet taxi. We will also water plants, collect mail, open curtains etc if requested. We will leave you a diary of your pets day or text messages if preferred.

Our service is on a 7 day week basis from early morning to late evening to suit every dogs routine. Dogs can be walked individually, or on group walks depending on your preference ( subject to bookings and avalibility), or together in multi dog households. Monday - Saturday One on One - (60 minute walk) - £10 Additional dog from same household - £3.50 Sunday & Bank Holidays Please add an additional £3 to the above prices. The above prices are based on occasional booking, regular clients using our service on a weekly basis will benefit from a block booking discount. Please contact us for more details. When making early bookings a deposit must be paid. We offer a pet taxi service, we can transport your pets whether it be a hamster or a dog we can accommodate for their needs. If you need your pet transporting and accompanying to a vet , or something more long distance we can assure a comfortable secure service. Whilst your pet is in our care it is fully insured. Home visits can be arranged for any animal whether it be a dog or a fish, we are insured and police checked to enter your home taking care of your pets needs whilst you are on holiday or just an occassional day trip. We can feed, water, change bedding and see to toilet needs giving you piece of mind that your pet is well cared for in its own home environment. Home visits can be done for those that just need that extra helping hand, for meeting their pets needs. Please note whilst on visits we can move post draw/shut blinds even water your plants. We are fully insured and police checked and references can be given.
