I have been a business coach for 3 years and worked with many businesses from small sole traders to large limited companies. I pride myself on being able to deal with all types of business. As a qualified accountant I really have seen so many businesses start, grow and develop. The pitfalls that so many business owners face have been faced by my accountancy and coaching clients in the past. I have helped business owners in the ''owners trap'' business owners with cash flow issues, those that want to grow their business and others who are looking to increase the value of their business with a view to selling it. I started dealing with business owners when I worked in banking some 28 years ago, but my first business I opened was an accountancy practice that I opened in 1999 I built that from scratch and employed 4 members of staff before selling the business in 2009, I subsequently opened another practice and built that before again selling that business. My experience has also led me to work with many, many clients who have started, grown and had difficulties with businesses that I have helped to find solutions. I have also run other businesses including a property business, pub and letting agency so I have very wise knowledge of business from many angles.
