This means that you can discuss your arrangements in the comfort of your home and at a time and day that is convenient to you. We work from Tuesday – Saturday and we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We are based in Strood, near Rochester, Kent and we deal with clients throughout the whole of Kent and all of London. Home visit appointments are available during the day, in the evening, and on Saturdays – basically whenever it is convenient for you. Because our services are comprehensive there is no need for you to carry out any prior research; we will guide you through all the aspects you need to consider in a jargon-free manor that you will understand. Over the next few pages you will be able to see the services we offer and the prices we charge. Our prices are very competitive and much less than a firm of solicitors. Our overriding objectives are: •to provide our clients with their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other requirements at a value for money price; and •to make the process for our customers as hassle free as possible; and •to deliver the documents quickly and accurately. Our ethics: • Comprehensive. We aim to remove the need for our clients to undertake any prior research (Where appropriate we discuss disinheritance of children, protecting disabled beneficiaries, overseas property, the problem with protecting property from funding long term care, inheritance tax.
