MH Suspension (formally MH Racing) Mark Hammond, in 1989 after six successful years as a GP MX mechanic and two years working for WP suspension in Holland. For the first 20 years, an industrial unit in Corsham was our home. We have now moved location to a purpose built workshop specialising in Suspension servicing in Albany Farm. I am a fully trained mechanic having worked in the motor and motorcycle trade since 1978, servicing and providing parts and accessories for Road, Off Road, Race and ATV Quad bikes. Since starting M H Suspension I have been an Ohlins and WP dealer and in 2005, was appointed distributor/importer by the Swedish factory. Dealing directly with the Swedish factory, I provide the latest and best technical service and carry a large inventory of Ohlins product stock and spares. My workshop also stocks WP, Showa and KYB suspension unites. I cover and support Road, Track, Race, MX, Enduro, Supermoto and Trails disciplines, and you will often find me at events throughout the year in my fully equipped support van.

MH Suspension, is tucked away in a small North Wiltshire village of Lower Seagry, close to the famous Castle Coombe racing circuit. It was formed in 1989 by motorcycle racing specialist Mark Hammond. During five highly successful seasons Mark became the leading GP MX technician to legendary riders including Willie Simpson, Jeremy Whatley and Jorgen Nilsson. Throughout this time, Mark Hammond was also seconded to work in Holland for world champions the WP racing team. In these early years, Mark spent doing all types of repairs but also tuning off-road and track bikes. He won numerous prestigious championships along the way including the ACU, AMCA and BSMA in both adult and schoolboy ranks. As time went on, MH Suspension's reputation for motorbike parts and motorcycle spares grew. Coupled with their exceptional quality of workmanship and wide range of skills and knowledge, they soon found they had become the leading UK specialists for both road and track. Because of the demands for their work and because they were doing so much suspension preparation, it was decided to take the difficult task and phase out all the other repairs they were asked to do and just concentrate on being the UK's top suspension shop.

Bob Missen has been around since 1948, as of Sep 3rd S A Engineering who is the local garden machinery company is joing us so as of then we will be doing all garden machinery, motorcycles, and bicycles servicing, sales, spares, and repairs. We deal with all types of garden machinery from chainsaws and strimmers to ride on lawnmower and everything in between inc building equipment like wacker plates and mixers. The second part of the company also deals with all types and sized motorcycles and scooters. And last but no least we also do servicing and sales of bicycles. Although Lightning Services is not an approved MoT Test Station, to complete the range of services on offer, they offer an MoT Test Service in conjunction with their partner Riverside MoT Centre. Fixed Price Service Menus are offered for most makes and models as well as Insurance Approved Repairs, Engineering, Component Overhaul, Restoration, Refinishing and Customisation Services. There''s a Specialist Motorcycle Only Tyre Bay - they even use the correct weights for wire spoke wheels rather than spoil that custom or classic wheel with stick on types. Riders can be sure that their machine will be properly cared for at Lightning Services. Combining the use of High Quality Consumables, OEM and equivalent or better aftermarket parts, specialist knowledge and attention to detail along with the latest in computerised diagnostic systems from Techno Research, Lightning Services can meet the needs of owners with the latest models as well as those with classic machines. As well as OEM and Pattern parts, as an Authorised Dealership for the top names in the Harley and Custom aftermarket Lightning Services can supply a wide range of parts for your custom bike, too.
