Sports Therapy and Massage Newquay is run by Jenny Pendlebury a VTCT qualified sports therapist, body massage therapist, sports coach and personal trainer, taking appointments at the St Johns Road clinic or by request as a mobile therapist to surrounding areas. Specialising in injury treatment, management and re-habilitation, working with clients not only to treat sports specific injuries and recurring soft tissue problems but also to prepare for and improve performance, endurance, prevent future injury and aid relaxation and focus. Qualified in spinal assesment, gait and postural analysis, postural problems and re-alignment, treatment of repetitive strain and over-use injuries, treatments can also aid in reducing work related muscle pain and spasm. Fully accredited and insured with The Sports Massage Association and the Foundation of Holistic Therapists. Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, weekend appointments are available on request.
