When we’ve finished our work we’ll give you full documentation, certification and test history to ensure you fully understand what work we’ve done and when your next test should take place, as well as details of any appliances which have failed and cannot easily be repaired and we’ll suggest what steps you should take – a specialist repair, or replacing the appliance.
