Working with the body, mind and spirit in season to bring balance to the imbalances in the body and provide more flexibility. I provide classes in yoga for health and wellbeing in Airdrie and surrounding areas in North Lanarkshire. The majority of the groups that I have taught over the years are people who have chronic health conditions, and because of the interest that I have in health, I trained as a Yoga Therapist with Mukunda Stiles in London. The classes comprise of attention to posture, exercises that can be tailored to various conditions, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques, positive thinking and diet.
