Abertawe Road Studios is a 24 track analogue recording facility in the heart of Swansea. We offer the combination of a large and airy live room recording on to professional level 24 track analogue tape for that authentic classic sound. We combine digital effects technology with authentic analogue tone to produce an idosyncratic sound that is undeniably retro! The rates for recording start at 20 per hour but there are reductions for longer sessions or multiple session booking. We also provide top quality rehearsal facilities starting from 9 in a comfortable environment conducive to creative output. For a small extra fee we will record your session to tape and transfer it to CD to take with you. Perfect for demo-ing songs or capturing those important ideas before they escape! We can also perform digital transfers from tape or minidisc format to CD at competitive rates.
