Full Wedding Co-ordination this is our ultimate Package, where we will take care of every little thing from start to finish. We will begin at the very start of your planning process with you and our job is not finished you sit down to enjoy your Wedding Breakfast, (if needed, we can stay longer). The service offers unlimited phone calls, emails and meetings between us with our personal attention at all times. This Package Includes • Venue search, we will report all venues to your closest specification and visit them with you if required. • Supplier sourcing and management • Support when planning your ceremony • Organizing all stationery requirements including monitoring all replies • Liaising with all suppliers throughout the lead up to your wedding and negotiating so all budgets are met • Advice on styles, colors, themes and the latest trends • Sourcing favors and gifts for you, arranging and wrapping, if needed • Providing detailed lists of varied accommodation options, with directions, for guests. Reserving any rooms required in advance and continually monitoring rooms available • Being a contact point for the wedding gift list and queries for your guests • Keeping an up-dated record of when all deposits and balances are due • Seating Plans • Keeping a record of your budget at all times so that you know exactly how much your wedding is costing • For marquee wedding receptions we shall be in attendance from the marquee being erected • Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple''s wishes • Follow through during ceremony to wedding breakfast to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan If the service you require isn’t listed we can arrange a free consultation to determine what you need us to do and arrange a price accordingly to fit your budget and needs. On The Day Co-Ordination you may have already organized your wedding, and now you want to sit back and relax in the lead up to the day and start to think about yourself. This is where Your Wedding Planned can help. This service offers you the chance to look at what you have achieved on your big day yet for the last few weeks take time out too! We will meet up with no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date to discuss all your arrangements. We will contact all your suppliers and carry out your final checks, confirming arrangements, dates and times. We will then be in attendance on the day for you to be stress free and any final glitches we are there to take care of them. Supplier Search Are you having difficulties in finding the dress you dreamed of or maybe you have a vision of what cake you see on your day, Maybe you need specific decorations to match your theme we can help you with ideas and can also find the best supplier to match your needs and budget. We will provide you with suppliers that match your needs best. Venue Search this is the one most time consuming tasks yet the most important decision to make. You will be thinking does it meet all your requirements, does it have suitable accommodation, will it be large enough for the size of the wedding party or will it feel intimate enough for what you want, as your Wedding Planner I will know all your requirements and search all perfect venues for your special day. We will then select a short list and personally inspect these venues for you to confirm what best meets your requirements.
