We hold regular 5 week group courses and one to one sessions throughout Exeter and South Devon. The classes are for parents and babies pre-crawling. Parents will learn how to massage their babies, starting with legs in week one, week two tummy massage and colic routine, week three chest and arm massage, week four face and back massage and in week five the whole body massage and gentle movements. Each class will include time for discussion and refreshments. The class is an hour and a half. The one to one sessions will follow the same structure but over three weeks. The course is fun, relaxed and affordable. You will be able to spend some lovely one to one time with your baby, meet new people and learn a skill for life. I am a certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM)
