This service offers you peace of mind that when your business/home is vacant we can access your property 24 hours a day 7 days week in an event of a break in or fault on your alarm system. As soon as the Control Room is advised of alarm activation, a member of the key holding team is despatched immediately to the customer’s premises and on arrival will carry out thorough security checks in an attempt to establish the cause. In the event of a break-in, the key guard will arrange, where necessary, for the ‘boarding-up’ of windows and doors after liaising with the police and the alarm company. The property will be left secure at all times and, if necessary, static guarding can be arranged to cover contingencies of a more serious nature.
