With over 18 years of experience Brian offers a professional and reliable dog walking and pet care service to clients in North and North West Edinburgh. With many years of experience, knowledge and an understanding of dogs, the company is able to offer a professional dog walking and pet care service to local people. The service is intended to help dog owners to provide regular exercise for their pets and so maintain their dog''s health. Walkies - Edinburgh has a long-standing customer base, in the local area. These customers use the service while they are working or when they are unable to walk their dogs due to ill health or to provide their pets with the opportunity to exercise and socialise with other dogs.

I established my dog walking and pet sitting service, Away Walkies Edinburgh, in October 2013. The business caters for the busy professional or anyone who feels their dog would benefit from a little more exercise than they can provide. All dogs are exercised on or off lead depending on an owner''s requirements and the dogs are walked in manageable groups of no more than 4. Walks are scheduled to last one hour. I also provide a puppy and cat visiting service. My newly established business is based in the South Side of Edinburgh, taking advantage of many splendid parks and green open spaces.

Go Walkies Edinburgh aims to provide a flexible service that caters to the client''s individual needs. All dogs are well cared for and given lots of attention plus social interaction within a small group of dogs. As a dog walker based in the Grange area we are incredibly fortunate with the amount of beautiful open green spaces and hills available to us, and we like to take full advantage of this by walking in different locations to give the dogs stimulation and exercise that tires them and gives them restful sleep. We obtain as much information as possible from the owner as to any specific needs that the dog may have and we walk and care for them with this in mind. A typical dog walk is 1 hour but sometimes longer. Collection and drop off is done in a calm manner and care is taken with travel arrangements. When the weather is wet the dogs are towel dried before returning home. • We are fully insured. • Criminal Record Checked with Disclosure Scotland Certificate. • As of March 2013 Registered with City of Edinburgh Council. • References are available. Canine first aid trained. • We only walk a maximum of 4 dogs at one time. • We love walking and meeting new dogs.

For oaps, single parents, disabled and block bookings - 10% £10 for individual walk.(same discounts apply) Pet sitting - details on request We are now offering 1 hr pack walks for small and toy dogs and 4 hr treks for all healthy dogs.
