The goal of The Vella Institute of Taekwon-Do Cardiff is to teach the art of Self-Defence whilst instilling confidence, self-control, improved co-ordination and physical conditioning. Our programme for children teaches not only these qualities but also emphasises courtesy and respect.Our school is an International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) school which is a global organisation established in 1966 by the Founder of Taekwon-Do General Choi Hong Hi. Vella Taekwon-Do is a member of Taekwon-Do Instructors Federation(TIF) serving Cardiff ,Newport South Wales. Our classes provide year-round physical activity to provide your body with exercise that can help you reach and maintain your ideal body weight Vella Taekwon-Do offers many dynamic programs for the entire family, including our Kids martial arts program which teaches self esteem and confidence. We stress mental growth and discipline, as well as physical training. Classes at Rogerstone Primary School Wed 6-7 & Friday 5-6 for Kids and 6-7 Teens and Adults. FIrst Class Free!
