The King''s Park Alternative Sports Club is a free sports and games club for over 18''s situated in Boscombe, Bournemouth who meet every Sunday from 1pm to participate in a variety of unusual and not-so unusual (but always fun) sports activities. The club is a registered non-profit charity funded by voluntary donations and grants. The clubs current roster of weekly activities include well-known sports such as dodgeball and hockey, plus a selection of fun and unique games the club have invented themselves; including Combi-ball (a combination of netball and football), and Space Hopper polo (played like normal polo, except on space hoppers). The activities are aimed to give adults a chance to exercise, as well as have fun and make new friends in the process.
