Each Client receives a tailored service meeting their individual needs and unlike a traditional 'Snagging surveyor' the NBRA not only undertake a Site Audit report we take responsibility and liaise with the Developer and their Contractors to ensure the agreed Snagging is undertaken, within the contractual agreements in place.
