A Little Pub History This grand old coaching inn has been in continuous use since at least the early 1800s. In the nineteenth century it served food and drink to coachmen, weary passengers and a highwayman or two as they travelled up and down the busy London to Hastings coaching route. These days it still provides a warm welcome to those using the busy London Road, serving refreshing drinks and home cooked food in the pretty village of Dunton Green, just 2 miles north of Sevenoaks.
