We have been Catering in Central Scotland for Private and Corporate functions for over ten years now. We aim for quality and excellence. Our products are made fresh in our unit on the day requested. We are monitored by North Lanarkshire Council.We cater for the private sector ie Weddings, Birthday parties, Communions, Leaving events. We cater for Businesses by offering tailor buffets for Formal or informal business lunches,Open days,In-service days, Training, Leaving events or any other functions that might support business. We also supply a wide range of Sandwiches to Pubs,Clubs and Shops. We have a Vending side to the business that provides companies in the Central Belt with quality fresh foods 5 days a week. We also work in partnership with other vending companies in the area supplying their food machines with our products.

Tarelgin Smokehouse

We used methods developed in the early 1800''s to smoke and cook haddock & trout in oak whisky barrels at your venue. The most wonderful aroma emanates from the barrels during the process, the finished haddock has a lovely golden skin and the snowy white flesh is moist and succulent. The spectacle enthralls children and adults alike.
