Founded in 2000, we provide our existing client base of over 175 clients with a full HR and Training consultancy service to business clients accross Cumbria, South West Scotland, Lancashire and the North East. Support and advice regarding contracts of employment, discipline and grievance, redundancy, recruitment and selection, interviewing, handbooks, policies, maternity and paternity advice and dismissals. In addition, we offer accredited training in Food Safety, First Aid and Health and Safety and offer a selection of NVQs. Our current clients include accountants and their clients, nurseries, care homes, telecommunications firms, charities, cafes, hotels, retail, manufacturing and engineering businesses. We also work closely with Wragg Mark Bell Solicitors, Carlisle.
